Ben is an experienced business partner with over 20 years as a CFO in the FMCG sector, where he led large teams and spearheaded major transformation programs.
Known for simplifying complexity and delivering actionable strategies, Ben combines his ESG subject knowledge with strong decision support and proactive business risk management. He values rigourous measurable targets, strong governance and driving strategy into action. Ben values respect, trust, and a sense of humour in his engagements, believing these qualities are essential for fostering positive, lasting change.
